Most of the big rooms in Minneapolis sit downtown. The Minneapolis Convention Center anchors it, hotel ballrooms connect to it by skyway, and Target Center, U.S. Bank Stadium and The Armory are a short walk off. When a convention or large conference comes to town, this is where it lands.
Conventions, hotels and corporate events. The Convention Center wants power ordered from the venue ahead of time and assigns move-in by marshalling slot, so our schedule bends to theirs. A hotel ballroom on the skyway is easier to plan: find the service elevator and an outlet the banquet kitchen isn't using.
Live printing in Downtown & Convention Center
- Live screen printing: the show logo on shirt after shirt from open to close.
- Live DTF: photo art and names for a sponsor lounge or VIP room.
- Live hat bar: a cap rack in a hotel foyer between sessions.
- Promo & hard goods: totes that visitors carry through the hall and across the skyways.
Game nights and concerts are downtown too, with First Avenue, Target Center, Target Field and U.S. Bank Stadium all within a few blocks. Your venue somewhere else? Try North Loop, Uptown, Northeast Arts District and St. Paul.
Each station takes about a ten-foot square and a pair of dedicated 120V circuits. On the Convention Center floor, get that power order in before the show's cutoff.
Share your booth number or ballroom, the show date and an expected crowd, and we'll have an estimate to you inside a day.
