Every Minneapolis estimate we write breaks into five pieces: the printers, time on the presses, blank garments, building and striking the station, and getting all of it from Fullerton to the Twin Cities. Only that last piece stays flat no matter how many people show up, so a 500-person Twin Cities event pays less per shirt than a 150-person one.
What's covered
| Line | What you're paying for |
|---|---|
| Printers | People who have worked crowded expo aisles and busy atriums and know how to keep a queue short. |
| Gear | Presses, dryers, heat presses, ink and tables, trucked up and assembled at your venue. Your part is the floor and the outlets. |
| Blanks | A full run from XS through 4XL, ordered against your guest count so the last person in line still finds a size. |
| Build & strike | Unloading, setting up, and packing out again around your schedule. |
| Printing | Everything we make during your event hours, with nothing billed per shirt afterward. |
Levers on a Twin Cities budget
- Travel: freight, airfare and hotel, quoted as one flat line.
- Guest count: bigger crowds need more presses, more printers and more blanks.
- Time on site: an evening in Uptown costs less than a full day on the Convention Center floor.
- What people wear: a July tee is cheaper than the hoodie a February event calls for.
- Extra stations: adding a hat bar or DTF table raises both capacity and cost.
Most Minneapolis bookings fall between $5K and $15K all-in, and the estimate arrives within a day.
Because each piece is listed separately, you can see where the money goes and adjust it. Blank choice and event hours move the total the most. Trimming two hours from a Convention Center schedule, or choosing a lighter shirt, saves more than cutting names from the guest list. Tell us the date and expected crowd and we'll price your actual venue.
