Sometimes the crowd has enough shirts. For those events we customize totes, bottles, tumblers and small accessories on site in Minneapolis using pad and UV printing, while guests watch their item get finished. Expo booths at the Convention Center tend to take the larger setup; a North Loop gathering gets by with one. Freight brings the equipment from Fullerton, and the printers arrive the day before.
A tote printed at the booth ends up carrying brochures through the exhibit hall and across the skyways for the rest of the day. A tumbler printed at an all-hands lives on someone's desk at headquarters for years. Tell us the audience and the budget and we'll suggest what to print.
