Aim for six to ten weeks before a Minneapolis event. Our presses come up from Fullerton on a freight truck and the printers fly up the day before, so the shipping calendar and the venue's move-in rules decide the timing, not how busy the presses are.
What fills those weeks
- The truck: cases get packed and dispatched well ahead of the event. Moving the date is simple up to about two weeks out and harder after that.
- Artwork and garments: we freeze the art and place the blank order about seven days before. In our experience, a guest count that keeps changing slows a Twin Cities booking down more than anything on our side.
- Convention weeks: during a large show at the Minneapolis Convention Center, rooms, drayage and local labor all get scarce across both cities. Lock in early if your date overlaps one.
- Cold-season events: holiday parties and January kickoffs call for hoodies and crewnecks, which take longer to source, so aim closer to ten weeks.
Only a few weeks left?
Call us anyway. Plain artwork and standard blanks make a tight schedule possible, and it comes down to whether freight and printers are free. If your Convention Center show is months away, reserve it now and we'll pencil it in. Whichever it is, share the date and the crowd size and we'll confirm within a day.
