Three things: a level spot about ten feet square for each station, two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, and a route for road cases from the dock or the curb to that spot. Presses, ink, blanks, tables and the crew all ship in with us.
How that plays out in Twin Cities rooms
- Minneapolis Convention Center: the electrical gets ordered through the venue before the show, and load-in runs on a marshalling schedule. Send us the booth number and the dock window in writing before the freight leaves Fullerton.
- Skyway-linked hotel ballrooms: ask banquet staff for a circuit catering isn't using, and for the freight elevator, since cases don't travel well through a skyway.
- North Loop and Northeast warehouse spaces: check the door width and whether a freight lift exists. Older buildings can have one outlet per wall, so tell us where they are.
- Summer tents by the lakes: a canopy, a generator or a power drop, and a wind plan. Blanks stay boxed until they're pressed.
What you don't need to find
Tables, presses, flash dryers, heat presses, ink and a full XS–4XL run of blanks come from our Fullerton shop. If the room has a power cap, a narrow move-in slot or a January loading dock that ices over, say so when you book and we'll build the station plan around it.
