You can skip the cartons entirely. For a Minneapolis event we set up a press inside the venue and make your custom t-shirts on the spot, in your colors, with each guest waiting roughly two minutes while they stand and watch.
A shirt people saw being made
Pre-printed tees dropped at a Convention Center booth get pawed through, and most leave in a tote and stay in a closet. When the press sits in the booth, or in a headquarters atrium during an all-hands, each person chooses a size, watches the ink go down and wears it out the door. You'll spot those shirts around town for months.
Garments we can put your design on
- T-shirts: soft blanks stocked in every size from XS up to 4XL.
- Sweatshirts: hoodies and crewnecks, which most Minnesotans prefer from late fall through early spring.
- Hats: guests assemble their own at the live hat bar.
- Bags and objects: promo goods for an audience with enough shirts already.
Which process prints your art
A single design repeated for a crowd runs best on live screen printing. Photographs, color fades or a unique name per shirt go to live DTF printing, where color count doesn't matter. Email the file and we'll recommend one.
Plan ahead: shirts, presses and printers all start in our Fullerton shop. Freight carries the gear north and the team flies in a day ahead, so booking six to ten weeks early keeps things easy.

Where we'd set the press
Three things place the station: the door the truck unloads at, a pair of unused circuits, and a spot where a queue won't block an exit. At the Convention Center that usually puts us on the aisle side of your booth; in a North Loop loft, we tend to end up in the center of the room.
