When printing happens at your venue, same-day is automatic. Guests at a Twin Cities event walk out in the shirt they watched get made, instead of waiting for a shipment. What does need lead time is getting our station to Minnesota.
No wait for guests
With the press set up in the room, a design picked at the table is a finished shirt a couple of minutes later. Nobody waits for production or delivery.
What we can finish during the event
- Tees and sweatshirts, using screen printing or DTF.
- Hats with patches from the hat bar.
- Bags and small promo items for a gift table.
The part that needs weeks
Our presses and blanks come up from Fullerton on a truck, and the printers fly up a day in advance, so the reservation needs planning even though the printing doesn't. Six to ten weeks is a relaxed window. Exhibit booths at the Convention Center and headquarters events gain the most, since there's no box of shirts that has to show up on time.
Is the date close? Share it with your guest count and we'll check quickly whether a truck can still get there.

Minneapolis planning notes
Behind a same-day shirt
The printing happens during your event, but blanks, presses and printers have to arrive first. We ship on the building's receiving schedule and finish setup before doors, so whoever is first in line has a shirt about two minutes later.
